Swanky Prosecco & Apple

If most of our sausages slap you round the face with their big boozy flavours, this one strokes you… gently, seductively. It’s elegant and charming. It’s refined and bewitching. It’s Grace Kelly iceskating on a cloud of pure silk. It is, in other words, right sophistamacated.

Prosecco might be the wonder-fizz of the boozy gods, but try making a sausage with it. Dickie did and almost wished he didn’t. Too much and it’d be a face-scrunching twang-fest; not enough and Dickie’s Big Boozy Bangers would be cruising for an earful from Trade Descriptions. And rightly!

Luckily for humankind, our Dickie is a persistent little badger and after months of tasting and tweaking finally found the wunder-ratio of zingy prosecco, sweet apple and juicy pork. If sausages could dream, and there’s no hard evidence that they can’t, this is the sausage they would dream of being.
